About the Role

This is a leadership position within our Corporate Real Estate team, responsible for managing and administering all real estate matters on behalf of the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of lease management, including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals, and terminations.
  • Establish and oversee best practices and SOPs for facilities management.
  • SOURCE and manage outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out efficiently, timely, and cost-effectively.
  • Ensure all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner, ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Evaluate and escalate customer feedback as required.

About You

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Customer Service role, preferably in the Other Services and Real Estate industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
  • You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
