We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Expert to join our team at RONA. As a Sales and Service Expert, you will play a key role in satisfying our customers and achieving our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide detailed product information to customers and other RONA associates
- Conduct sales activities, including promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services that match customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service through the daily execution of RONA customer service programs
- Assist customers in locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
- Excellent customer service skills
