About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Excellence Leader to join our team at Essity. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving stronger financial results by developing and implementing a cohesive commercial strategy.

Reporting to the Customer Marketing Director for the South West region, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve profitability. Your primary focus will be on the French market, where you will lead a team of 3 Net Revenue Managers based in France, Spain, and Italy.

This exciting opportunity will provide you with a platform to showcase your skills and grow your career at Essity. You will have the opportunity to work at the heart of the business, driving innovation and improvement in our consumer goods products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy that drives revenue growth and improves profitability
  • Lead a team of 3 Net Revenue Managers in France, Spain, and Italy
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Develop close working relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams
  • Utilize market intelligence, analytics, and financial data to inform commercial decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, Net Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Finance, or Customer Marketing in the FMCG industry
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information to senior management
  • Assertive and principled leadership style
