Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Roissy-en-France. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations, including preparing and editing transportation documents, handling urgent shipments, and updating information in our system.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit transportation documents
- Handle urgent shipments
- Update information in our system
- Manage client and supplier invoices
- Coordinate and update client procedures and credit accounts
- Negotiate tariffs with suppliers
- Use tracking and visibility tools
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility to clients
- Participate in onboarding new clients as needed
- Prepare dashboards and analyses for quarterly evaluations
- Adhere to internal compliance rules and local legislation
Requirements
- Minimum Bac + 2 in transport and/or international trade
- At least 2 years of experience in transportation
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment
- Strong attention to detail and sense of listening
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Fluent English
