We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Business Analyst to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences in France. Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets, working closely with business departments to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize financial systems and processes.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheet account reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters, including tax declarations, audit requests, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a locally recognized degree/certification.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, Oracle, SP).
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
