Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at DK 25 Consulting. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of spare parts within the company to meet the needs of both internal and external clients in the European market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and shipping goods and components
  • Verifying delivery documents
  • Inspecting the condition of components and packaging
  • Managing carriers and customs clearance
  • Internal and external stock management
  • Handling orders and returns
  • Continuous improvement and team leadership

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French, with additional language skills a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (M3/SAP)
  • Rigorous and quality-focused with excellent organizational skills
  • Autonomous with strong customer orientation and team collaboration
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in logistics or equivalent experience

Location: Remote with regular travel across Europe

Salary: Commensurate with experience
