Mission

En tant que Product Owner, vous êtes la voix du client et le représentant des utilisateurs du produit au sein d'une équipe agile pluridisciplinaire.

Vos missions sont de comprendre la dynamique du marché, animer des ateliers de Design Thinking, collaborer avec l'UX/UI designer pour appréhender l'expérience globale du parcours utilisateur, définir la roadmap et les features des produits digitaux, constituer, organiser et prioriser le Backlog et rédiger les users stories, assurer en collaboration, avec le Scrum Master, le bon déroulement des cérémonies et l'autonomie des équipes agiles, garantir la valeur et la qualité du produit, tout au long des itérations et releases, et suivre une série d'indicateurs clés de performance afin de garantir le succès et l'adhésion de votre produit.

Profil

Vous devez avoir une expérience significative dans le secteur de l'Assurance et au moins 6 ans d'expérience en tant que Product Owner. Vous devez maîtriser la méthode agile Scrum ou l'un des cadres d'agilité à l'échelle (Scrum de Scrum, Spotify, SAFe). Vous devez avoir un bon relationnel avec des collaborateurs de tout niveau et de toutes disciplines. L'anglais est requis.
