We are seeking a Healthcare Project Manager for our Project and Development Services Department.

About PDS (Project and Development Services)

The PDS team at JLL comprises 8,900 project managers, engineers, designers, and interior architects spread across 50 countries, actively managing numerous projects each year. Join the PDS team to realize more opportunities for development within the PDS community and the broader JLL ecosystem.

The Team

Our Project and Development Services Department supports investors, property owners, and businesses in enhancing and transforming their assets or land and in their new construction projects. We engage with a variety of asset types: offices, hotels, higher education, R&D, mixed-use buildings, and more.

Our consultants focus on creating sustainable value and managing risks on behalf of their clients by leveraging their in-depth market knowledge, a rigorous and reliable methodology, and a multidisciplinary and experienced team to ensure project success.

Within our Paris office, our team consists of experienced professionals from top engineering and business schools. Their expertise covers all architectural, technical, legal, and financial aspects of project management to ensure the success of the operations entrusted to us by our clients.

Responsibilities

We aim to continue our growth in Healthcare and Life Sciences projects. As a Project Manager, you will contribute to business development by promoting the offerings of the Project and Development Services Department in Healthcare and Life Sciences to our clients: sourcing and transforming new opportunities, expanding the client network... Your responsibilities will also include the overall management of projects:

  • Gathering requirements from the project owner
  • Drafting specifications
  • Monitoring preliminary studies and phases APS, APD, DCE, AMT
  • Analyzing the building and/or land
  • Defining a product concept: gathering requirements from various business teams
  • Consulting and selecting technical stakeholders (Architects, engineering firms, etc.)
  • Managing stakeholders during the construction phase
  • Assisting the client during the handover process

  • A degree at the Bac+5 level in Architecture, Engineering, or Business School...
  • Significant professional experience (at least ten years) in team management and real estate project management, as well as client consulting,
  • Expertise in Healthcare and Life Sciences projects is essential,
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability,
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills,
  • Teamwork, curiosity, and agility,
  • Analytical mindset, teaching abilities,
  • Proficiency in English.
