About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team as a Technical Lead for MongoDB Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of our cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based applications using MongoDB
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical playbooks and best practices for cloud migration
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud computing and MongoDB technologies
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years of experience as a technical lead
  • Strong proficiency in Java and experience with cloud-based applications
  • Experience with MongoDB and its ecosystem
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with microservices architectures and Domain-Driven Design approaches
  • Knowledge of ORMs like Hibernate or JPA
  • Experience with GenAI technologies and approaches
