Your Role
Through our proprietary IT solutions, we facilitate comprehensive management of employee savings operations tailored for Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale and external partners.
The Employee Savings sector is a vital area within the Group, encompassing various components such as references, billing, accounting, subscriptions, publications, and mobile and web applications.
To enhance these operations, we seek a seasoned project manager to join our IT teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting user requirements and evaluating implementation feasibility.
- Proposing the organization of the IT project: defining, planning, and coordinating resources.
- Offering strategic direction and solutions.
- Monitoring development processes and participating in testing phases.
- Overseeing qualification stages.
- Implementing production and organizing support and maintenance for application solutions.

With a scientific background, you possess substantial experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong project management capabilities.
Your expertise in Cobol/DB2 development is well-recognized, and familiarity with technologies beyond Mainframe is advantageous.
You exhibit excellent analytical skills, a synthesizing mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities enable you to build support. You are characterized by rigor and independence.
