Job Mission
At Pigier, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for assisting consultants in analyzing client recruitment needs, contributing to the creation and dissemination of job offers across various channels, and participating in the identification and selection of potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist consultants in analyzing client recruitment needs and developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of job offers across various channels, including social media, job boards, and company websites.
- Participate in the identification and selection of potential candidates, including resume screening, phone and in-person interviews, and skills assessments.
- Manage and track candidate applications throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in regular meetings with clients and candidates to discuss recruitment progress and provide updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in commerce and recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Fluency in English (a plus).
