Role Overview
The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering insightful reports and analyses to the business. As a key member of the revenue management team, you will collaborate closely with financial departments. We seek an individual who can act as a business partner to facilitate both operational and strategic decision-making.

The role encompasses the global cosmetic and fragrance market across Europe, Asia, and North America, based in Gennevilliers.Key Responsibilities
1-Data Analysis & Validation
- Analyze business data to extract insights that support sustainable decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure data analysis aligns with our sustainability commitments.
- Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of data, focusing on eco-friendly practices.
- Establish and maintain high standards for data quality.
- Create dashboards and analyses to track business performance and sales outcomes.
- Manage pricing strategies: analyze cost drivers, provide quarterly updates, and assess price impacts.
- Lead revenue management initiatives and conduct margin analyses.
- Serve as the business analyst partner for sales, marketing, and operations teams.
4 -Process Enhancement:
- Identify potential areas for sustainable process enhancements and operational excellence.
- Recommend and implement solutions that align with Albéa Packaging's sustainability objectives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on sustainability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting software.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential (experience with SAP is a plus).
- Ability to translate analysis and data into actionable insights.
- Proactive, sociable, and skilled at building relationships within the business.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluency in English is required.
