Role Overview: Training Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic Training Assistant to facilitate our educational initiatives within the organization. This position merges administrative, commercial, recruitment, and management support functions to ensure effective and independent operations across our training facilities.

The Training Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing our training services, prioritizing satisfaction for both participants and funding partners.

Depending on the operational requirements, the Training Assistant may report to various supervisors:

  • Directly to the Manager of Management and Services in a training facility
  • To the Regional Development Director when the emphasis is on commercial and regional activities

This role involves close collaboration with the Training Manager and Pathway Support Manager, who will delegate tasks and oversee workload management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Management:

  • Oversee services and training for participants from registration to completion
  • Handle administrative duties including registrations, document preparation, and monitoring
  • Maintain precise records in both internal and external systems
  • Assist in organizing evaluation panels and managing their compensation

2. Recruitment and Access Support:

  • Provide guidance and assistance to visitors, partners, and prospective learners
  • Help individuals select courses, understand training entitlements, and access available services
  • Engage in recruitment strategy development and execution
  • Promote training offerings and attract suitable candidates

3. Commercial Activities:

  • Manage client databases, execute sales strategies, and enhance client conversion rates
  • Assist clients with funding applications and offer financial guidance
  • Prepare training documentation, establish training schedules, and manage necessary paperwork
  • Collaborate with commercial teams and external stakeholders

The Training Assistant position is essential, classified at level 8 due to the technical expertise and dedication required. Candidates should possess relevant skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or commercial roles within the training or professional integration sectors.
