Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Senior Project Manager to join our team in Paris. This position is part of the S&E (Structuring & Execution) department, which encompasses project management, contract and purchasing management, supply chain management, construction management, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Improve, complete, and deploy processes, tools, models, and training based on REX.
- Coordinate projects in the execution phase, from Financial Close until Take Over, managing construction contracts, site activities, cost follow-up, and relationships with lenders and/or equity partners.
- Coordinate handover to the execution team and/or asset management team at the end of the structuration and/or execution phases, and conduct lessons learned meetings.
- Strong background in coordinating and managing interfaces between project stakeholders, including project teams, lenders, equity investors, administrations, contractors, and third parties.
- French and English mandatory.
- Good knowledge of EPC Contracts, Turbine/PV Modules/Equipment Supply Agreements, Balance of Plant, and Long-Term service agreements with technical and commercial guarantees.
- Strong background and experience in negotiation and dispute/claims management.
- Experience in recruiting and supervising a site management team in its day-to-day missions.
