Job Description: Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist
As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving goods, accurately preparing shipments, and maintaining a well-organized inventory.
Responsibilities:- Accurately prepare customer orders according to specifications and requested shipping deadlines.
- Receive incoming goods and verify their quality and quantity.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of each order before shipment.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Optimize product storage and maintain a well-organized warehouse environment.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents and paperwork.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Valid CACES certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with MRP software.
