Euronext is seeking a skilled Commodities Manager of New Products to contribute to the expansion of its commodities franchise. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and nurturing new products that cater to emerging commodity markets.
The Commodities Manager of New Products will work closely with the Commodities team to craft a compelling value proposition and define the best go-to-market strategy for new futures contracts. This includes executing on the strategy, creating trust-based relationships with prospects and clients, and animating the community of intermediaries and stakeholders critical to the success of a new product launch.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or business, with 2-4 years of experience in the capital markets or commodity trading industry. They will possess broad knowledge of financial markets, robust knowledge of European listed commodity markets and platforms, and awareness of underlying commodity markets.
The Commodities Manager of New Products will be a key member of the Commodities team, working collaboratively to drive the growth of Euronext's commodities franchise. They will be responsible for organizing ad-hoc sessions, leveraging corporate events, and reaching out to clients to educate the industry on the benefits of futures markets and promote the use of futures prices as a reference in real contracts.
The successful candidate will be a strong problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and drive to imagine new solutions. They will possess exceptional commercial drive and communication skills, with the ability to take the leadership of a project and interact with various stakeholders.
