We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Leader to join our team at Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability strategy and ensuring the long-term success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sustainability Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive sustainability plans that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead Sustainability Initiatives: Oversee the development and implementation of innovative sustainability projects, focusing on reducing our environmental footprint, promoting social responsibility, and enhancing our governance practices.
- Advocate for Sustainability: Serve as a champion for sustainability within our organization, engaging with stakeholders, and promoting our sustainability initiatives through internal and external communications.
- Monitor and Report Sustainability Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure our sustainability progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of sustainability within our organization, leading a team of sustainability professionals, and providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in sustainability-related fields, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
