Sustainability & Packaging Senior Principal

Coty is committed to minimizing its impact on the environment and promoting social causes. As our global department Sustainability & Packaging Senior Principal, you will develop and implement our Packaging sustainability strategy in alignment with our company's defined targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the impact assessment of new rules and regulations on our product portfolio to evaluate the consequences for each packaging category.
  • Identify packaging data necessary or missing for analysis and develop strategies to collect and utilize this data.
  • Create training decks for internal training on pack sustainability and develop training programs to educate colleagues on sustainable packaging practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable packaging solutions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in sciences (sustainability, packaging, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or other relevant discipline).
  • Proven experience in packaging, sustainability, and team management.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, concise recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and ability to travel when required.
