About the Position:
We are seeking an EXPORT COORDINATOR (M/F) for one of our clients. Reporting to the Group Director, your attention to detail and enthusiasm will enable you to excel in the assigned tasks, which include:
- Managing relationships with distributors to enhance export sales
- Overseeing export orders (seeds and equipment) from receipt to invoicing using an ERP system
- Coordinating and monitoring the logistics of orders
- Handling export-related formalities (customs documents, health files, etc.)
- Maintaining commercial relationships, updating clients on new products and range developments
- Monitoring payments and client follow-ups
- Managing dashboards and export statistics
- Organizing and participating in international trade shows
Candidate Profile:
You hold a minimum of a BAC+2 in international business and have a successful first experience in a similar role for at least 3 years. You are naturally organized, meticulous, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively. You possess strong interpersonal and writing skills. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of a second language is preferred. You are familiar with regulations and practices related to export activities as well as the tools of the Office Suite.
