Expectra, a leader in France for specialized temporary work and permanent recruitment of executives and supervisory staff, is seeking to fill a position for an EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR (M/F) within a company in the home appliance manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a vital link between the group's export subsidiaries and the French production companies regarding orders and deliveries.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of product orders: analyze and oversee orders, and relay information between production sites and subsidiaries.
- Implement allocation plans or arbitration as defined by the three logistics management teams.
- Collaborate with platforms and direct shipping sites to establish shipping forecasts.
- Create deliveries based on subsidiary requests and shipping location constraints.
- Contribute to sustainable development efforts by optimizing truck or container loading rates.
- Prepare invoices and necessary export documentation.
- Provide essential documents for customs clearance to secure vehicle departure authorization and address any disputes.
- 13th month salary

Applicants should possess a BTS in INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS or equivalent experience. Familiarity with export documentation (such as certificates of origin, EUR1, ATR, etc.), international maritime transport, Incoterms, and customs procedures is essential. Proficiency in English (business level) is required. Candidates should be adept with IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and SAP S/D module (commercial). A solid understanding of the company and its products is advantageous. Key qualities for success in this role include diligence, dynamism, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to manage urgent tasks and prioritize effectively while enjoying teamwork is crucial.
