About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Idemia. As a key member of our Product & Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and developing global operational marketing activities for our Forensics product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Marketing Manager in executing marketing plans for our Law enforcement product line, developing operational marketing activities, and producing marketing collaterals such as brochures, videos, and infographics.
- Produce internal and external newsletters and direct communication activities, as well as support the Events Manager in organizing global and regional conferences and exhibition stands.
- Support Sales teams with local marketing activities on Forensics and become a marketing expert for complex topics related to Forensics for the law enforcement market.
- Work with Marketing Communication to raise awareness of Idemia's work in the respective market and collaborate with the product team to develop technical demonstrations for marketing activities, training, client events, and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skill set and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a collaborative spirit and willingness to go 'above and beyond' for project success.
- Marketing, Business Management, International communication, or related field degree, with experience in marketing or a related field.
- English proficiency, with French preferred.
