Technology & Digital Solutions (T&DS)
Tasked by the Mazars Global Executive Board, the Technology & Digital Solutions team is spearheading Mazars' digital transformation to unlock the next phase of growth. This transformation aims to facilitate easier collaboration across regions and deliver scalable service offerings to clients in a secure, modern, and sustainable manner. Consequently, Mazarians will experience seamless operations and provide enhanced value to clients daily.
To achieve these objectives, the Technology & Digital Solutions transformation program seeks to consolidate IT operations from a multi-local model spread across 99+ countries into a cohesive global framework. This encompasses the design of infrastructure and operating models necessary to support Mazars' business, personnel, and clients both now and in the future.

Role Purpose, Responsibilities, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
We are in search of a Cloud Operations Specialist to install, maintain, document, upgrade, and optimize cloud and hybrid infrastructures while ensuring the reliability, security, and availability of these platforms, in close collaboration with the entire Global IT program team.
Key Responsibilities
Build
- Manage the deployment of solutions, including both applications and infrastructure, either through direct delivery or with third-party support.
- Ensure that new solution deployments adhere to Global IT Enterprise Architectural standards.
- Supervise the transition of solutions into relevant service management teams by preparing appropriate documentation and providing necessary training.
- Envision, design, develop, deploy, and enhance CI and CD systems for our cloud applications.
- Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry-standard tools and services.
- Develop application deployment automation using recognized deployment and configuration tools.
Run
- Provide support and daily administration for deployed solutions.
- Oversee incident management activities related to global solutions and coordinate with third-party support partners until resolution.
- Monitor deployed solutions to ensure optimal operation.
- Manage patching, upgrades, and service packs for computing components.
- Maintain relevant documentation throughout the lifecycle of solutions, ensuring it remains current.
- Proficient in English and at least one other European language (French, Dutch, Spanish, etc.).
- Strong understanding of IT best practices and design patterns.
- Excellent knowledge of (hybrid) cloud concepts and technologies, preferably utilizing Azure and Microsoft technologies. Familiarity with governance, monitoring, IAM, storage, serverless infrastructure, and container concepts is essential.
- CI/CD pipelines are well within your expertise: you possess substantial experience in establishing a continuous delivery process, including version management, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Knowledge of Bicep is advantageous.
- You should be inquisitive and quick to learn new concepts, with a keen eye for detail.
- A strong desire to enhance your skills and embrace new challenges is essential.
