About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Mission Communication and Event Coordinator at CH Guillaume Regnier. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing communication and event strategies to promote our research, innovation, and international relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication plans to promote our research, innovation, and international relations, both internally and externally.

  • Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and meetings related to research, innovation, and international relations.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with press, partners, and stakeholders related to research, innovation, and international relations.

  • Develop and maintain our online presence, including our website and social media channels.

  • Collaborate with our fundraising team to develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of our mécénat (patronage) program, including the organization of events and the management of relationships with donors.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as communication, marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a research or innovation environment.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluency in English and French, with a minimum level of B2.

  • Experience in fundraising and mécénat is an asset.
