Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team in France. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid media campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales performance across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement media plans that meet business objectives and are aligned with our marketing strategy.
- Work closely with our media agency and markets to ensure creative requirements are understood and delivered on time.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure media plans fit sales plans and needs.
- Provide regular updates and results to the wider European BYD automotive team.
- Support the media team in launching new products and ensuring timely payment of invoices.
- Assist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets.
- University degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.
- Knowledge of digital and above-the-line media planning, including TV, OOH, and Radio.
- Effective and fluent communication in English and French, with Chinese a plus.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in media planning and execution of 360 campaigns.
- Understanding of the media market and key media owners, including Google, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok.
- Knowledge of the current digital media landscape and ability to optimize performance campaigns.
- Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Resilient and open-minded, with a results-oriented approach.
