In your role as an assistant, you will collaborate closely with the Quality Director of the Réseau Le Saint and the regional Quality Manager to enforce the Quality Management System protocols, particularly those pertaining to food safety and customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing raw material procurement (supplier documentation, reception control tracking, supplier assessment)
- Ensuring product sanitation standards in the warehouse (temperature control, waste management, traceability)
- Updating and supervising the Hygiene Control Plan for the site, conducting hazard analysis via the HACCP methodology
- Executing the sampling strategy for analyses and monitoring outcomes
- Managing food safety alerts
- Supervising site cleaning and sanitation protocols
- Tracking equipment subject to legal metrology requirements
- Preparing for and participating in product certification and customer audits
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Educating staff on Good Hygiene Practices and daily awareness initiatives
- Recording customer satisfaction metrics and contributing to management discussions
- Monitoring the management procedure for bluefin tuna
This full-time position is available immediately.

Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree to Master's Degree in Quality, Hygiene, or Agri-Food.
A proven track record in a similar position is essential.
Independence, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in computer applications are crucial.
Strong analytical capabilities, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and effective communication are highly valued.
