Position Overview:
Altrad Environmental Services is seeking a dedicated Logistics and Yard Operations Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency. This role involves supporting the preparation and mobilization of equipment for offshore projects, ensuring smooth logistics at our depot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forklift Operations: Efficiently load and unload equipment, as well as prepare and pack shipping containers.
- Routine Yard Duties: Perform daily yard tasks, including assisting mechanical technicians with basic maintenance activities such as cleaning and inventory management.
- Material Handling: Collaborate with the Materials team for the intake and dispatch of goods, including personal protective equipment and consumables.
- Vehicle Operations: Operate company vehicles for the collection and delivery of materials as required.
Qualifications:
- FLT License: Required for forklift operations.
- Driving License: Essential for vehicle operation.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse setting, particularly in mobilizing equipment for the Offshore Oil and Gas sector, is highly advantageous.
