We are seeking a Lead SAP Financial Consultant (FI/CO) to become a vital part of our organization.

Project Overview

Our client represents a coalition of agricultural cooperatives across four sectors - international grain commerce, farming, agri-food production (brewing, wheat, and winemaking), horticulture, and food distribution.

Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience as a SAP Consultant specializing in FI/CO; Proficiency with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA; Comprehensive technical expertise in various FI/CO modules; Enjoyment in working within a support framework, where operational protocols, request priorities, and service level agreements are integral to daily tasks; Ability to deliver high-quality operational solutions, proactively addressing complex challenges, and maintaining a customer-centric approach; Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit across different support levels; Proficient in English (B2 level or higher); Willingness to undertake business travel.

Additional Assets

SAP certification in FI/CO modules; Familiarity with other SAP modules; Proficiency in French (B2 level or higher).

Key Responsibilities

Delivering level 3 and 4 support to users while identifying opportunities for enhancing the reliability of the SAP Core model; Collaborating with stakeholders (internal teams or partners) to ensure effective resolution of SAP-related issues; Engaging in transformation initiatives: fit gap analysis, audits, scoping studies, data migration, and transformation projects; Overseeing ongoing projects and supervising the contributions of existing consultants; Involvement in preliminary studies and the development of technical and functional specifications; Participating in various projects/builds related to SAP FI/CO: integration, parameterization, testing, preparation for launch, acceptance, and post-launch support; Advanced management of SAP FI/CO modules, addressing incidents and complex requests: executing functional processes not accessible to users, batch restarts, parameter definitions, and data corrections/extractions for specific needs; Proactively preventing production incidents by engaging with project governance to secure the solution and ensure activity reporting; Analyzing trends and proposing enhancements; Managing users, roles, and authorizations within FI/CO modules; Planning and executing updates, patches, and optimizations for these modules; Maintaining an internal knowledge repository with solutions and procedures to support the first line of support; Participating in meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders.
