Software Security Manager

Ingenico Group, a global leader in payments acceptance solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Software Security Manager to join its Products & Solutions Security team.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of experts who are shaping the evolution of commerce worldwide. As a Software Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the security of our software development lifecycle, ensuring that all software released by the company meets the highest security standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of security analysts and develop their skills to meet Ingenico customers' requirements on security aspects such as cloud providers environment, on-premises environment, and embedded software.
- Define the software security strategy aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with development & operation teams to implement security best practices.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments, including asset directory elaboration, threats identification, risk identification, and treatment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards (e.g., PCI DSS, OWASP, ISO 27001, NIST) and support internal and external security audits.
- Provide regular reports on the status of software security initiatives, vulnerabilities, and incidents to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in software security.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- People management skills.
