Early Childhood Assistant Position
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Assistant to join our partner micro-creche in the Val de Moder / Mertzwiller / Uhrwiller area. This exciting opportunity combines hands-on experience with structured training, preparing you for a rewarding career in early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Foster children's development and learning through engaging activities and interactions.
- Contribute to the implementation of the educational project, ensuring a stimulating and nurturing environment.
- Prioritize the physical and emotional well-being of each child, providing a safe and supportive space.
- Participate in daily operations, including hygiene care, maintaining premises and equipment, and preparing meals for the children.
- Lead recreational and educational activities that promote creativity, social skills, and cognitive development.
- Welcome children and their parents with warmth and professionalism.
Training & Compensation:
This apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while pursuing your CAP Accompagnant Educatif Petite Enfance (CAP AEPE) at CFA-IESA in Strasbourg. You will spend one day at the training center and four days at the micro-creche each week. Your training is fully covered, and you will receive compensation according to the apprenticeship contract pay scale.
