We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to become a vital part of the BIOVIA EMEAR Project Management division at DASSAULT SYSTEMES.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

  • Designs, organizes, and oversees the execution of technically intricate and demanding client projects across various organizations, adhering to the BIOVIA Services Project Lifecycle Methodology.
  • Ensures that projects meet all applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations while proposing and facilitating process enhancements.
  • Advocates for BIOVIA's interests by collaborating closely with Professional Services Leadership, Sales, Technical Sales, Legal, Operations, and other support teams to ensure the overall success of the projects.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication abilities, preparing and delivering executive presentations to BIOVIA clients and internal stakeholders, including strategic recommendations for executive consideration.
  • Possesses extensive experience in stakeholder management, adept at engaging with stakeholders both within Dassault Systèmes and with external clients.
  • Manages project financials, including both capital and operational expenditures, partnering with finance to guarantee timely and precise invoicing for services rendered.
  • Contributes to the development of proposals and cost estimates for Professional Service projects, ranging from extensions with current clients to new initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Presales, and Solutions Architects.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in both written and spoken French and English.
  • Holds a degree or equivalent qualification; Project Management Certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrates a proven and verifiable history of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within a software context in the scientific sector.
  • Exhibits a robust commercial acumen combined with project management proficiency within a consulting framework.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of processes, workflows, and business dynamics relevant to commercial enterprises.
  • Familiarity with Business Analysis and Software Engineering principles.
