Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Demonstrator to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. As a Sales Demonstrator, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and values to customers.
- Maintain a high level of visual standards in the store, ensuring a consistent and appealing customer experience.
- Provide personalized service to customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Drive sales and implement profit opportunities, exceeding store targets.
- Assist with deliveries and management of stock, as required.
Requirements:
- Passion for the brand and commitment to living our values.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on consumer needs.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Confidence in selling our products and supporting customers.
