Customer Aircraft Definition Solution Architect

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our Commercial Aircraft business team in Toulouse, France.
As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with the Customer Aircraft Definition team to deliver solutions that support the Definition and Fulfillment of Customer Order process.
This position is part of the IM Product Customer A/C Definition department, where Agility, Empowerment, and Collaboration are our core values.

As a successful candidate, you will support the product team as a Solution Architect.
Your challenges:
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as a visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future IT Products & Services and validating product designs.
- Collaborating with other Architects, systems analysts, and developers to deliver the highest quality solutions via cutting-edge technologies.
- Defining models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions.
- Participating in all phases of the application development life cycle, including research and design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Aligning architecture strategy with the organization's business goals and long-term strategic planning for the organization's Information systems.
- Performing the technical/functional design of the application and infrastructure components of a new solution according to the defined functional design.
- Providing expertise on Business processes, change management transformation, function improvement, and technology enablement for Business processes reengineering and supporting architects during projects.
Your boarding pass:
- Architect experience (functional and technical)
- Knowledge on Customer activities (Airline, MROs, Lessors, etc.) and Customer Services will be well appreciated
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it to stakeholders management
- Team Player and collaborative mindset
- Advanced level in French and negotiation level in English
