Sales Manager for Luxury Brands (m/f/d)
As a Sales Manager for Luxury Brands, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and brand awareness for Thomas Sabo’s Rebel at Heart sub-brand. Leveraging your previous sales and/or marketing experience and expertise in the jewellery, watch, or lifestyle market, you will create and implement sales initiatives tailored to Rebel at Heart’s target audience. Your ability to connect with the brand’s identity and values will be crucial in establishing strong relationships with customers and driving engagement with the Rebel at Heart brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and drive growth for Rebel at Heart.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, wholesalers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities and expand brand presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales channels, including partnerships, collaborations, and retail opportunities, to further strengthen Rebel at Heart’s market position.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with brand positioning and messaging.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product innovation and market differentiation.
- Provide product training and support to retail partners and sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Represent the Rebel at Heart brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand visibility and foster relationships within the jewellery and lifestyle sectors.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the jewellery, watch, or lifestyle sector, with a strong understanding of retail sales processes and channels.
- Passion for the Rebel at Heart brand and a deep understanding of its identity, values, and target audience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful relationships with customers and partners.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities and attend industry events.
