Nous sommes à la recherche d'un analyste hautement qualifié et expérimenté en support d'application Oracle Transport Management (OTM) pour rejoindre notre équipe IT dynamique.

Compétences requises
  • 10 ans d'expérience en informatique, notamment dans la mise en œuvre d'Oracle Transportation Management
  • Expert OTM, tant sur le plan fonctionnel que technique (configuration, gestion des commandes, gestion des expéditions, finances, tarifs, données de base, paramètres de planification en vrac, VPD, configuration des utilisateurs, développement de jeux d'écrans, requêtes SQL, suivi des événements et travail avec des fichiers CSV et XML)
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles pour interagir efficacement avec les parties prenantes techniques et non techniques
Responsabilités
  • Fournir une assistance technique avancée pour les problèmes complexes liés aux applications et transmettre les problèmes non résolus aux équipes appropriées
  • Analyser les journaux d'application et les mesures de performance afin d'identifier et de résoudre rapidement les problèmes
  • Gérer et hiérarchiser les tickets d'incidents, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient résolus en temps voulu et que leur impact sur les activités de l'entreprise soit le plus faible possible
Formation et expérience
  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe
