Job Title: Senior Game Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Game Designer to join our team at Paradox Interactive. As a key member of our game development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging game experiences for our players.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our development team to create innovative game mechanics, levels, and features that meet the needs of our players. You will be responsible for ensuring that our games are fun, challenging, and rewarding, and that they meet the high standards of quality that our company is known for.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop game mechanics, levels, and features that meet the needs of our players
  • Work closely with our development team to ensure that our games are fun, challenging, and rewarding
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop marketing strategies that promote our games
  • Conduct playtesting and gather feedback from players to inform game development
  • Develop and maintain game design documents and other project materials
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a game designer
  • Experience with released games (mobile or F2P)
  • Strong understanding of game design principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
