The role of a Product Trainer is vital within our Marketing and Sales organization, contributing to the development of Enphase Energy's training programs through effective instructional design, training development, and delivery practices.
This position is primarily home-based, with expectations for customer and site visits two to three days a week throughout the region, along with occasional visits to meet with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Background in the solar industry or related fields (electrical, roofing, HVAC). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Proficiency in French (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level) is essential. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Educational background or experience in electrical engineering with a solid understanding of electrical fundamentals. Proven track record in developing and conducting technical product training, including in-person seminars, live webinars, and recorded online content. Experience in remote work with strong self-management and interpersonal skills, along with a history of building and maintaining relationships with customers, peers, and managers. Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally as required. A genuine passion for the renewable energy sector.
