Auxiliary Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Les Jardins d'Arcadie. As an auxiliary caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with daily activities and essential tasks.

• Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide social and emotional support to residents, promoting their well-being and independence
• Ensure residents' needs are met, including providing medication reminders and assisting with mobility
• Work collaboratively with our team to provide a high level of care and support to our residents

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Bac pro ASSP or Bac pro SAPAT qualification, or equivalent experience of 3 years in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
• A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support
