Orthopedic Infection Management Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse for the NIGHT SHIFT, full-time CDI within the CRIOAC unit (Orthopedic Septic Surgery).
This unit is integrated with the orthopedic department, featuring 32 beds, which includes:
- 18 beds designated for CRIOAC (Center of Reference for Complex Osteoarticular Infections)
- 14 beds allocated for orthopedic and trauma care
The CRIOAC serves as a leading center in the Ile-de-France area, focusing on the coordination, research, and treatment of complex osteoarticular infections.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team comprising orthopedic surgeons, infectious disease specialists, bacteriologists, rheumatologists, psychiatrists, clinical research physicians, and physiotherapists.
Under the guidance of a health manager, your responsibilities will include:
Main Conditions Treated:
Management of prosthetic surgeries (hip, knee, shoulder).
All forms of osteoarticular infections (including infections related to prostheses in the limbs, osteomyelitis, and arthritis).
Key Responsibilities:
Administration of antibiotic treatments (IVL, IVSE, PCA).
Execution of both simple and complex dressings, management of chronic wounds, and VAC therapy.
Establishment of peripheral and central vascular access (CVC, Midline, PICC).
Monitoring related to the care of surgical and medical patients.

Work specifics include: 12-hour night shifts, with a rotation that includes one weekend of work every three weeks. The unit comprises 4 RNs for 32 beds. An integration program and on-the-job training will be provided.
Ideal Profile: RN with surgical experience is preferred.
