Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our Data, BI & AI team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Data Scientists and driving the development of our data science capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 6 Data Scientists and mentor them to achieve their full potential
  • Develop and implement a strong data science culture and standards within the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data pipelines and architectures to support business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends and technologies and apply them to drive business value

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading data science teams and driving business outcomes
  • Strong technical skills in data science, including SQL, Python, Spark, and TensorFlow
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
