Key Responsibilities
The EMEA Consumer Supply Chain Director will be responsible for leading the Supply Chain function across EMEA, driving business growth and profitability through the development and implementation of effective supply chain strategies.
Main Objectives
- Develop and execute Supply Chain strategies that align with the business road map for Consumer or Flavour Solutions.
- Lead the S&OP process to drive continuous improvement and optimize supply chain performance.
- Provide supply chain expertise to commercial teams, ensuring supply solutions meet changing business needs and priorities.
- Monitor and report progress against improvement plans and targets, providing regular and ad-hoc supply chain analysis.
- Drive key supply chain initiatives to deliver business benefits, developing strategic and tactical plans for materials supply, inventory, and costs.
- Develop planning processes to deliver the strategic business plan in a cost-effective manner, collaborating with commercial and operations teams to maximize shareholder value.
- Develop Supply Chain as a core McCormick competency, contributing expertise to business projects and widening the influence of McCormick in the supply chain theatre.
- Support the development and deployment of business systems (e.g., APO, SAP) and implement Company standards and processes for business planning integration.
- Lead a team of Supply Chain managers & specialists, developing their skills and capabilities to drive business success.
