Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our multidisciplinary User-Centred Design consulting team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for enabling the best-in-class digital transformation for our clients in both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate workshops and design sprints to ensure the team is enabled to create truly user-centred solutions.
- Create holistic design solutions that address business challenges and meet user needs.
- Define UX and UI requirements to provide a consistent experience across product, service, or solution touchpoints.
- Champion the purpose and value of user-centred design internally and externally.
- Creation and development of design systems.
- Fluent French and English speaker.
- Strong understanding of User Experience Design and Design Thinking process and fundamentals.
- Expertise in translating user needs to design solutions.
- Understanding of research techniques and usability evaluation.
- Expertise in prototyping and iterating designs quickly based on users' feedback.
- Experience in designing complex products and services in the public and private sectors.
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, and other design and prototyping tools.
- Ability to clearly communicate design intent.
- Over 3 years of experience within UX Design and Design Thinking.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary, agile team.
