Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Leader to join our Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies Division. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our work and ensuring its alignment with the Organisation's overall objectives.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is designed for an accomplished professional with a strong background in policy development, analysis, and strategy implementation. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders, including governments, international organisations, industry, academia, and civil society.

Your expertise will focus on advancing evidence-based policies that support inclusive growth, improve wellbeing, and promote digital transformation. You will also contribute to the development of strategic visions, work plans, and budget management, ensuring effective coordination and communication among internal and external partners.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of ten years' experience in senior-level positions, preferably in national administration or international organisations, with expertise in policy areas relevant to artificial intelligence and emerging technologies;
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to design, organise, and manage projects, as well as advise senior management on work programme activities;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in one of the OECD official languages (English or French) and a willingness to learn the other;
  • Proven capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including governments, industry, academia, and civil society, to drive policy implementation and foster innovation;
  • Passion for digital economy and consumer policies, with knowledge of related issues, such as data-driven innovation, communication regulation, and measurement of economic impacts of digital transformation.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, including a monthly base salary starting from 12,109 EUR, plus allowances, based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax.
