About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Turnkey Project Engineering Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of turnkey projects, ensuring system integration and system engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement system engineering methodologies to ensure technical consistency and interfaces management.
  • Manage the technical relationship with consortiums and clients, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Validate system specifications and interfaces specifications produced by the team.
  • Control system configuration and requirement management in accordance with design milestones.
  • Manage design changes related to transport system definition throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the engineering project/tender team.
  • Implement methods and engineering tools to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Ensure carry-over from previous projects and current R&Ds.
  • Support the project manager in achieving project goals.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering.
  • Broad knowledge of railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment, and systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in railway system engineering in an international project.
  • Expert in system engineering and system engineering methodology (MBSE).
  • Safety-oriented and fluent in English and contract language.
  • Wide knowledge of the rail environment appreciated.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
