Digital Project Manager

Framatome is seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our PMO Digital department, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital project management methodologies and tools to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain project management plans, including WBS/OBS/CBS and project schedules.
- Design and implement functional analysis and value analysis, as well as design-to-cost methodologies.
- Pilot risk analysis and mitigation actions for projects.
- Lead project reviews with project managers and ensure that project matrices are under control.
- Define project routines and animate project management visual instances.
- Manage interfaces between operational teams and governance teams.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports, relaunch plans, and action plans to optimize performance.
- Pilot project modification requests and associated actions.
- Plan and coordinate project documentation production.
- Catalyze digital transformation within our projects.
- Provide project teams with effective and digitalized project management tools, including collaboration tools, project management tools, reporting tools, and application creation tools (via Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps).
- Manage data and communications with other solutions.
- Deploy and maintain Power BI to optimize project management and reporting.
- Update and develop project dashboards.
- Optimize and develop Power BI reports with users.
- Train project teams on the use of these tools and participate in working groups to share experiences and apply new PMO digital methodologies to future projects.
- Restructure and improve, if necessary, Excel project tools.
- Be a force for proposals in terms of digital creation and anticipation of needs.
- Propose actions for the deployment of digital tools.
- Bring a transverse and retrospective vision of the digital strategy of the service.
- Conduct a watch on the best digital practices deployed within Framatome and outside.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management in an industrial/DIGITAL environment and comparable organization.
- Oriented client, proactive, able to communicate and have a team spirit that translates into a great ability to engage teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Agile and having a transverse vision, possessing real qualities of synthesis, tenacity, and an objectives/results orientation.
- Necessary to work in a team, in project mode, and be oriented towards client service.
- Minimum required education level: Bac+5.
- Minimum required experience level: Experienced (5 years and more).
- Employment level: Manager.
- Languages: English (Operational).
