Position: After-Sales Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be part of the after-sales service division, reporting directly to the after-sales service manager. Your primary focus will be on serving clients in sectors such as automotive, aerospace, machine tools, and glass manufacturing. After completing training on our products and services, your tasks will include:

  • Overseeing the installation of various equipment,
  • Conducting diagnostic assessments and preparing follow-up reports,
  • Ensuring the technical upkeep of machinery,
  • Assisting in the training of both internal and external clients, while providing robust support to the sales team,
  • Maintaining regular communication with our Technical Center at Headquarters.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in electrical engineering (preferred), although candidates with qualifications in machine maintenance or high school electrical degrees may also be considered.
Essential Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Automation and Mechanics,
  • Proficient in the interaction between software and hardware at a functional level,
  • Solid understanding of electrical schematics with excellent skills in testing and modifying wiring as needed,
  • Good knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics at a functional level,
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues and resolve them independently or with team support,
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the maintenance of electro-mechanical systems,
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork capabilities, and customer/supplier relationship management,
  • Proficiency in the French language,
  • Willingness to travel within France.
