Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
IT Infrastructure and System Management
  • Oversee the management of our internal IT systems, including infrastructure, communication platforms, and security measures.
  • Ensure the effective deployment and maintenance of specialized logistics equipment.
IT Asset and Service Management
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for IT asset management, including procurement, lifecycle management, and optimization of company computers and related equipment.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure alignment with operational needs and strategic goals.
Automation and Efficiency Improvement
  • Identify and implement automation initiatives within the IT department, prioritizing projects that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Streamline IT operations, reducing manual workloads and improving service delivery across the organization.
Budget and Resource Management
  • Provide leadership in the strategic allocation and management of a multi-million euro budget, ensuring all IT investments support the company's long-term financial and strategic goals.

Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role, with proven success in setting strategic directions, managing multicultural teams, and working within a Google Workspace environment.
  • Strong understanding of internal information systems, infrastructure, and communication platforms, with a focus on strategic oversight rather than hands-on work.
  • IT budget management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic management skills, capable of setting clear directions and priorities in a fast-growing environment.
