We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Pierre Fabre S.A. as a Service Manager for Cloud and Legacy Systems. This is a unique opportunity to lead the Group's Infrastructure services and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key Infrastructure components of the OnPrem and Cloud Information System, including Identity, backups, storage, exchange zones, and printers.
- Oversee the global network infrastructure from LAN to WAN, including future SASE operations.
- Ensure the security of Infrastructure components, including VPN, PKI, firewall rules, firewall boxes, remote access solutions, and server LAPS solutions.
- Manage various Clouds regarding operational and security aspects, including rights management and access.
- Collaborate with CCOE to build the service catalog and its lifecycle.
- Define roadmaps with technical architects, collaborators, and service providers to respond to the Group's digitalization challenges.
- Ensure service quality, performance, and Service Level Agreements through managed services by providers.
- Manage the overall budget related to landing zones with the Contract Manager and application distribution with CCOE.
- Assist Operations in managing service providers.
- Define training plans for future job adaptations.
- Conduct annual reviews, define objectives, performance evaluations, and identify potentials.
- Computer Science/Telecom Engineer or equivalent (Bac + 5 or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years in managing Cloud and Legacy infrastructures.
- Ability to animate community (internal clients, service providers, partners).
- General knowledge of Information Systems.
- Fluency in English.
