Présentation du poste

Pour accompagner la croissance du groupe, la DSI Internationale recrute un Project Manager Officer International qui sera basé au siège à Nanterre.

Sur ce poste stratégique, vous serez responsable de l'intégration et du maintien en condition opérationnelle des pays dans le système d'information du Groupe Segula.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables informatiques des pays et les équipes techniques afin de veiller au bon déroulement des projets en respectant les délais, la qualité et un standard de sécurité des environnements.

Responsabilités

  • Piloter l'intégration dans le SI du groupe et le maintien en condition opérationnelle des pays en responsabilités.
  • Coordonner les différents experts et intervenants sur les projets et être force de proposition le cas échéant.
  • S'assurer que les pays confiés atteignent les standards minimaux de communication, de sécurité, et de fonctionnement.
  • Continuer d'améliorer le contrôle sur l'IT des pays confiés une fois que ceux-ci ont atteint les minimaux requis.
  • Mettre en place et industrialiser les outils et méthodes permettant de gérer efficacement les nouveaux pays.
  • Pousser le déploiement des solutions Groupe à l'International en lien avec les équipes études.
  • Participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges techniques des projets IT.
  • Développer des tableaux de bord pour suivre l'avancement des projets.
  • Produire des rapports d'avancement réguliers.

Vous reporterez au directeur en charge du support et du déploiement de l'international. Vous interagirez aussi avec les responsables informatiques locaux des pays sous sa responsabilité, avec les équipes réseaux, système et sécurité du groupe ainsi qu'avec les services études (front et back office).

Qualifications

Diplômé de niveau Ingénieur en réseau, informatique ou Télécom ou Master (Bac+5) en informatique, vous avez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans acquise idéalement dans une entreprise internationale.

Autonome, vous faites preuve d'une vraie rigueur et votre aisance relationnelle vous permet d'être à l'aise avec différents interlocuteurs internationaux.

Vous parlez couramment l'anglais, maitrisez la gestion de projets et possédez des connaissances solides en processus informatique (ITIL).

L'allemand et l'espagnol seraient un plus. Le poste nécessite quelques déplacements à l'international.
