Spa and Recreation Manager Position

Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Your role will involve explaining our services, treatments, and procedures, as well as mediating and resolving client issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain services, treatments, and procedures to clients
- Mediate and resolve client issues
- Work cooperatively with the entire Spa team to ensure a consistent quality of experience for all clients
- Make confirmation calls and book appointments accurately
- Check voicemails and emails, and return messages promptly
- Check out guests and research purchase orders
- Greet clients with a friendly smile and demeanor
- Answer phones 100% of the time during business hours
Requirements:
- Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment
- Self-directed and detail oriented
- Professional telephone and email etiquette
- Previous hospitality experience a plus
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings
- Punctual, reliable, and confident
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoys working with people
- Can stand for up to 8 hours a day
