We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Renewable Energy team at Akuo Group. As a key member of our Structuring and Execution department, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of projects in structuration and execution phases.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate projects in structuration phase, from PPA securisation to Financial Close, under non-recourse project finance scheme.
- Coordinate projects in execution phase, from Financial Close to Take Over, managing construction contracts, site activities, cost follow-up, and lender relationships.
- Support CapEx, OpEx, and financial model assumptions and optimizations to reach expected project economics.
- Contribute to the selection, negotiation, and enforcement of EPC, O&M, and supply agreements.
- Report HSE, E&S, contractual issues, schedule, budget, and progress follow-up, and manage the construction site team.
- Experience in managing renewable energy project teams under structuration and/or execution phases.
- Strong background in coordinating and managing interfaces between project stakeholders.
- Ability to perform risk assessment and technical due diligence.
- French and English mandatory; Spanish or other language a plus.
- Autonomy, proactivity, agility, and flexibility, with ability to interface with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Up to 37 days off per year.
- Holiday bonus, gift vouchers, and profit-sharing.
- Lunch allowance (€10 x 19 per month) 60% reimbursed.
- Public transport paid at 75% of the current rate or sustainable mobility package.
